I too feel that it's a very high price for a modded Longshot. In any case, to assist us in making the decision, could you attach the picture of the longshot (modded or otherwise) and tell us more about it's performance and range. It would be much appreciated by everyone. Thanks.

barrya11en - this is good. we need sellers to bring up the price of longshots. i have 3 at home waiting. you have some NIB ones also right? hee hee. keep keep.
nick - good price. we know how much you put into your blaster. one thing about selling 2nd hand. first of all, despite conventional belief, painted blasters are only worth more if their paint job is AAA+ and if u have such a blaster then u should sell in on ebay and get USD! otherwise, stock colours have better value. if u take a look at nerf forums, most ppl are looking for unpainted blasters. 2nd, whatever mods u have done to your blaster, they cannot be counted into the cost. all mods done are sunk cost and cannot be recovered. unless u demod and take out all the items and sell them separately. springs can be worth $10 - $20 if u sell them separately. scope is worth $10-$15. front gun is worth $20-$30 and 6 dart clips are worth $6 each.
let me give you an example
$130 complete long shot stock $130 complete long shot modded
i would buy the modded one
$130 complete long shot stock $170 complete long shot modded
i would buy the stock.
why? being modded can make your blaster more attractive over the other seller's long shot. but it does not necesarily translate into $$ value. besides, not everyone likes LSFG integration and black/silver colour scheme.
BUT.... of course this is just my opinion. there might be people who like your blaster and your price. this is the internet after all. good luck to your sale bro :-)

Wow.. That's an excellent presentation for the pricing of modded nerf blasters, Mark. I, too, would like to encourage those who want to make their sale and I wish Nick all the best of luck. For me, I'm currently satisfied with the Nerfs that I have, plus as Mark had hinted, I'm expecting brand new Longshots in the next couple of months. Once again, thank you Nick for the offer and the pix, I hope you can find a good buyer for your efforts.
